I Would Like To Have 2 Tests Done: Total Pseudocholinesterase

I would like to have 2 tests done: Total pseudocholinesterase & Dibucaine number. An anesthesiologist told me the test should be done in house (not sent out), but I can't find a lab that does not send everything out. Is that true, or should I go to Quest Diagnostics to get it done? Who treats this? My neurologist gave me a script, but doesn't know much about it.
