I Would Like To Know If These Are Symptoms Of Anxiety

This has been happening for 5 days, i would like to know if these are symptoms of Anxiety. I have been feeling nervous the type of nervous when you have to take a test something like that and i have felt like my heart is beating faster than normal, but not all the time. Yet when my girlfriend felt my heart she said it feels normal. So i guess its all inside. Im 19, dont know if that has anything to do with it but i figured id let you know. Please let me know what this is if you can, thank you.

Hey, Have you been thinking hard about something lately? Have you had any tragedies in your life in the past month. Is something coming up or are you afraid of someone. These are questions you should ask yourself. Or maybe you just miss someone. Or, I know it might sound silly but your love for a person might be growing. This is a little personal, but I can relate to you. After me and my bf slept together for the first time we went camping, and I had to go back home afterward. The entire night I was crying. I woke up with my heart beating very fast. I felt like I was going to have a heart attack. What you have can be anxiety, but it simply can be the love you feel for someone. YOU WILL BE OK. Plus it's all in your head. If you feel shotness of breath, go outside, do something to distract it. Don't just sit there and go through it. That's a big mistake that a lot of people make. If you do have anxiety or pannic atacks, in time if you work on ignoring them, they go away. The mind is a powerful object that can do a lot of good or a lot of damage. And don't go to some damn doctor. All they're going to do is try to come up with some kind of sickness for you. Like I said YOU WILL BE OK.
