I Would Like To Understand The Dosage Equivalence Between Dantroline

I would like to understand the dosage equivalence between Dantroline & Baclofen. Dantroline isn't coveted by our insurance but Baclofen is. My husband has been on 50mg of Dantroline twice a day plus 75mg at bedtime to control post stroke spasticity. The doctor is considering switching over to Baclofen. What dosage range would be equivalent to the Dantroline he's been taking?
