II have dizziness which prevails all day after 30 minutes of getting up in morning. Also, have stiff neck and back which is not painful but uncomfortable. The stiffness starts from mid back and goes till neck and shoulder blades. Have been to Vertigo Doctor but came out clean from BPPV. Have get checked with Physician who suspects Cervical looking at the Xray of Back. Recently I observed blood in my morning cough and nose bleed. I am worried. what it could be please help. I was a Smoker but left it 5 months back. Weekend Beer Drinker and have some acidity issues. Rest weight and other body health seems fine.
