IM Have Multiple Sclerosis. I Take Tysabri. My JC Level

IM have multiple sclerosis. I take tysabri. My JC level has increased to 3.09. We did an MRI and no new lesioins. My right leg feels restless and weaker. I feel a shock feeling that goes down my leg and then it goes weak a few steps. I am also having headaches and feel flushed sometimes. Could this be because of JC level? Or do I have something pinched in my neck or it could be multiple sclerosis even though there are no new lesions?
