Hi Doctor, My IUI done on D17 on 22nd Jun 2012, and after that I had Duphaston 10mg for 10days twice daily (from D18 to D27 till 2nd July 2012). Now today 06 July 2012, on 14th day since IUI, I don t have Period yet. Today 6th July my home Pregnancy Test came negetive. Do I have any chance? What should I do next? Anything serious I need to worry for? Your advice is highly solicited. thanks, Jayita

Hello.
Thanks for writing to us.
Right now it is too early to detect a pregnancy by a urine test. To detect an early pregnancy, you can go for serum beta HCG levels evaluation after consulting your gynecologist. There is nothing serious to be worried about.
I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you.
