Iam A 25 Year Old Male. I Am Extremely Worried

Iam a 25 year old male. I am extremely worried about hiv contraction because of my current symptoms. I have had roughly ten sexual partners within the last two years though i always used a condom and bathed after sex. Last year i tested negative (oral) for hiv. A few months ago I had dental work after a long period without proper oral hygeine and one tooth absessed. Last week I developed a rash which has been diagnosed as herpes zoster. It is no longer bothering me much but today I have had night sweats.i have taken a test but everything i see online says hiv. I am so scared.

I havent had a fever or flu since I was last tested and I have had no other symptoms besides what I mentioned.
