Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
If I'm out in the cold and return to warm temperatures, any skin that was exposed feels like someone is stabbing it with something sharp. The same sensation as pins and needles only a lot more painful. The same thing happens to the inside of my mouth, my tongue and my throat when I have a cold glass of water or anything cold. There's no swelling, just really, really painful once everything starts to warm up again. This just started five days ago. What could be causing it to happen?
