If Not Nightfall, What Makes My Underwear Wet Every Morning?

hy my sperm count is very small , means i have noticed that it is very less viscous in liquid shape.. also i want to ask that whenever i get up after sleep my underwear is slightly wet bt i dn't undrstand why it is do it is conform that this is not because of nightfall .. may be any fluid from my penis or testicles

I went through your details. Sperm quantity and viscosity depends on many factors like stress, hydration etc. Low viscosity, color etc never determines the health of sperm cells. Therefore, don;t read too much into this. Secondly, there are many fluids which are mixed with your sperm while it comes out of your penis. The thickness is determined by these fluids. The wetness on your trousers could be due to involuntary leakage of semen, urine or other liquids. Keep your these parts clean and dry. Avoid anxiety.
