I'm 15 and was on 30mg vyvanse all my life till i upped my dose to 40mg.. I started to get irritated to my face wash and lotion (cetaphill) which I used when I was on 30mg and had NO sensitivity skin problems. now on 40mg my face is sensitive to them and it may have caused my neck and face turn into a flushed red almost like hive not itchy just alittle dry .. I went to dermatologist and they didn't know what it was and thought it was just wind burn but gave me a cream to get rid of it which it did for acouple days and now my face is slowly turinng back to the red I think it is the vyvanse because I stopped using the cetaphill brand and went to CERAVe so cetaphill isn't the problem most likely because The rash on my neck is still present I believe it is the dosage I went up on vyvanse.
