I'm 16 yr old 4 days ago I noticed a pain and slight swelling of my right testical today I noticed the festival was almost twice as big as the other one when the pain first happened I was driving a tractor at 11pm I have lifted nothing heavy that day I have never had a hard impact in that area the cord connecting the testical felt exactly like the other one the next day after the pain started I got a low fever it hurts the most when I stand up but the pain leaves if I lay down the only thing I can think of that caused this is the tight pants I was wearing
