I'm 25 Year Old Female. I Have Pain In My

I'm 25 year old female. I have pain in my lower abdomen. It is a dull achy pain towards the right side, but is sometimes on both sides. Made worst with a full bladder and made better when emptied. I have had an increase in gas.
I haven't had my period in two months, but mine are very irregular because I have poly-cystic ovarian syndrome. My ultrasound a year ago said I was clear of all my cysts.
I have had two UTI last year and they are much worse pain than this usually with my bladder cramping.
Do you have an idea of what might be going on?
