I'm 30 Years Old And Recently Have Been Having Migraines

I'm 30 years old and recently have been having migraines for the first time. I've had them for almost 2 weeks now. I've also had what felt like a pinch nerve in my neck and left shoulder now the pain is dull and almost feels stiff at the base of my head. My chest has felt heavy and I just don't feel well. I went to a med one yesterday due to the migraines and my Bp was 166/113....I've never had high Bp in fact it's always been about perfect. The dr just prescribed me some migraine medicine and sent me on my way . I started feeling pretty bad today so I took my blood pressure again and it was 150/83.....should I seek another opinion or just deal with the migraines?
