I'm 32 Who Has Never Had Children, I Have Endometriosis

I'm 32 who has never had children, I have endometriosis and had 2 laparoscopy's in the last 16 months. I've always had menstrual issues. At the time was bot on any contraceptives and am basically infertal. For 5 weeks prior to my last surgery I had cronic pain 24/7 in my right ovary only. During the laparoscopy the surgeon found some endometriosis, discovered I have 'doey' tubes, and said that the right ovary was perfect. My first period after second surgury was hell, I lost 100ml within 24 hours, couldn't sleep or walk properly (as appose to my first surgery, that was painless). So my gyno put me on Yaz Flex to help which I've been spotting on for the past 3 weeks. Now 4 weeks later the right ovary pain is back and just as painful and constant and getting worse each day.
All my scans have come back clear but I am wondering if this is early signs of ovarian cancer with the tumor possibly only being inside the right ovary? I'm not 100% if my gyno has tested for cancer but he swears everything medically is normal.
Any advice would be great as I'm at the stage where I just want the thing out but will that fix the constant pain?
