Im 37 years old . I am a female ive had my tubes tied after my 3rd c section 13years ago. Ive suddenly gained like 15 to 20 pounds in the top half of my body. Areas include my stomach back and arms and face. Ive not really felt bad other than the weight making me worry how i look. My periods are always rite on time or few days early. The last menstral cycle was rather heavy and i had lits of cramping with it the first couple of days. My stomach sticks out and i dont feel attractive please tell me why? Thank u
