I'm 40 yr old male, my bp is usually textbook.... 120-125/70-75, I'm feeling a bit hot in the face and checked my. Bp and it's been above 155/110 for last hour or so, and pulse is 120 ish which is also high for me. At times I feel my hands getting shaky. Should I go to er?
