I'm 42 Yrs Old And Had My One Remaining Ovary

I'm 42 yrs old and had my one remaining ovary removed last December. I had several hot flashes for a couple of months after but nothing i couldn't handle. I haven't had "hot flashes" for around 7 mos but when i do even the smallest of tasks like cleaning house (sweeping, mopping, vacuuming) i sweat a lot. But I got a job in a school cafeteria in Aug. It's very fast paced, and I'm in constant motion. I sweat very heavily, it drips off my nose, chin, even my earlobes. I have to keep my hair put up in sort of a "bun" but the hair that hangs around my face has sweat literally pouring off it like a faucet. It's a bit embarrassing not to mention not very sanitary in a cafeteria setting. My sister says its my hormones (or lack thereof) that is making me sweat so much. If that is the case is there anything I can do/take OTC to help with the excessive sweating I'm experiencing?
