Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I'm 60 and today my gum on my right side behind last molar started bleeding. A few years ago the dentist pulled a molar there. He used all his strength because the roots were wrapped around my jaw bone. He finally just cracked the tooth off and left the damaged roots inside. He could have easily broke my jaw. I haven't seen a dentist in years but I brush every night and day. The bleeding is every few hours and a little heavy. It seemed to start after I had a hot cup of coffee this morning, but 8 hours later it's still doing it.
