I'm 67 Years Old, 6"3 And 185 Pounds. I Have

I'm 67 years old, 6"3 and 185 pounds. I have 29 ironman finishes and yesterday dropped from ironman kona. I cramped and could not get my bike up the hills. I had no strength and my hr would not go over 145 yesterday. I take 5 mg lisinopril and 10 mg atorvastatin 1x/day since a minor stroke almost 3 years ago. I have no residuals. My max hr a few years ago was 176. My research leads me to believe lisinopril may be the problem.
