Im 8 Weeks Pregnant And Have Been Bleeding For The

Im 8 weeks pregnant and have been bleeding for the last 7 days. The blood discharge has a foul smell but the bleeding is not too much. Sonography test showed the baby's heart rate and growth is normal but the internal cervix mouth is open and there is blood accumulation around the fetus. I have been advised complete bedrest and have been given susten and gynae CV medication. I was also given an injection to externally increase the HCG levels. Am i at the risk of miscarrying my child?
