I'm A 17year Old Female And Not Saying I Want

I'm a 17year old female and not saying I want to get pregnant but I lost my virginity at 15 and have been having unprotected sex for way over a year a lot of times a week and they ejaculated inside of me I've also had 6 partners that have all done the same thing . I also got clamydia and was treated last year . Plus my irregular period that won't happen for months or will last for a month I never know when it's coming . Please don't judge me I'm just afraid I won't have children in the future . Please help me . I live in Florence sc and do I need to see a doctor ? Can I be 17 and see the gynocologist by myself ? Please help me .
