I'm A 26 Year Old Female Dealing With Severe Abdominal

I'm a 26 year old female dealing with severe abdominal pain in the lower right quadrant. The pain has been constant for 8 days currently and is a more severe reoccurrence of pain that occurred approx 1 month ago, lasting 1-2 weeks (much less severe than current issue). Other symptoms are nausea and dizziness, associated with increases in pain. Pain is a sharp pain, like I'm being stabbed with a white hot knife. Multiple CT scans (with and without contrast) are negative. Bloodwork doesn't show anything significant. Full GI work up (endoscopy, sigmoidoscopy, and colonoscopy) was insignificant. Transvaginal ultrasound showed a small ovarian cyst on the left ovary. A musculoskeletal exam by a pain management specialist did not reveal a muscular reason for the pain. I'm still in severe pain (been readmitted to the hospital for management) and the doctors don't seem to know what to do anymore. Any suggestions?
