I'm A 53 Year Old Female And Had A Kidney

I'm a 53 year old female and had a kidney transplant 10 years ago. All levels are fine but I have had a sinus and head cold for 2 weeks. Got a migraine 4 days ago and couldn't keep even liquids down for 2 days. 2 visits to ER and many shots later, head is better and am keeping foods down but my body hurts so bad all over and I still had the cold which has moved to my chest. No fever....look fine but feel line I'm on deaths door. Don't want to go back to the doctor because flu swab was negative, strep was negative and I feel they will think I'm just complaining. Dry heaving and dehydration for 2 days will make every muscle in your body sore but this still feels like something else. I'm worried I can't keep up and I have to go back to work tomorrow. Any advise?
