I'm A 53 Year Old Male. I Used To Be

I'm a 53 year old male. I used to be on Lisinopril HCTZ 20-25ml high blood pressure medicine but my doctor took me off the medication about 8 months ago because I had quit chewing tobacco and my blood pressure straightened out. I have been monitoring my blood pressure for the last 8 months and it has been fine until a couple days ago. I felt light headed and was having a hard time catching my breath so I took my blood pressure and it was 187/91. I took a Lisinopril and an hour later I felt fine. I have been taking my normal dosage of 1 pill a day for the last week and have felt fine until today...I got light headed and felt dizzy doing just normal activities so I took my blood pressure and it was 123/67, then took it again 15 minutes later and it was 141/77.
