I'm A 54 Y.o. Female, 170 Lbs, 5' 10" Tall,

I'm a 54 y.o. female, 170 lbs, 5' 10" tall, with Multiple Sclerosis with chronic constipation and Splenic Flexure Syndrome. Can MS spasticity of abdominal or back (or other?) muscles cause/trigger/worsen SFS (kinks, twisting)? Can passage of stool trigger MS spasticity?
Thank you.
