I'm A 61 Year Old Woman Who's Having A Hard

I'm a 61 year old woman who's having a hard time with life right noaw between my home life and work have ISugar type 1 my sugar was very low a I pop my tire now my husband won't let for get it. I'm paying for it i feel like I should leave I know I should of never drove at the time I have beat my self up over it but he won't let go. I don't know what to do any more how to get him to understand what I went throw. I'm close to thinking to ending every thing maybe every one would be happy I just can't please every one any more
