I'm a male age 39. Lately I've been experiencing a lot of discomfort in my bowel area even when I don't have to go to the bathroom.. Sometimes it feels like I'm trying to pass a softball with nothing there. Hurts to even sit. Last anywhere from 3-10 minutes.
