Im A Nurse Working In A Hospital. We Have A

Im a nurse working in a hospital. We have a patient who is suspected to be HIV positive. I was asked by the the family member to give water via nasogastric tube. I was wearing glasses at that time, unfortunately while checking for the placement of the tube, i felt water (from the asepto syringe which was used a couple of times already) splashed on the corner of my eye. I believe there is a low risk of HIV present in gastric secretions, but I just want to make sure if there is a possibility for a transmission and what should I do about it. Thank you.
