Im A Type 2 Diabetic Who Takes Insulin. Blood Sugars

Im a type 2 diabetic who takes insulin. blood sugars are normally around 100-150 with insulin. ran out 5 days ago and havent been able to get my dr to renew my prescription. my sugar is 529! should i just wait for the dr or do i need to go to the ER. my husband is afraid i will die in my sleep. nevermind....i just saw that this costs money and im broke. sorry for your time.
