I'm A Ultrasound Technologist So I Have Access To Imaging.

I'm a ultrasound technologist so I have access to imaging. For some time now I have been experiencing pain in my left groin during and after my runs. Also, there is tenderness in the LLQ anytime I bear down. Recently, I noticed a few small hard, fixed nodules in my left groin so I decided to take a look with ultrasound. They appear to be lymph nodes... My concern is whether or not I should seek medical attention or just keep an eye on them? I have no other symptoms. I do have a history of a right hepatectomy in Dec. 2009 with no major complications.
