Im About 6-7 Weeks Have Not Been To The Doctor

Im about 6-7 weeks have not been to the doctor yet, appointment next week. i had a sharp pain under my ribs on left side for an evening and then went away and yesterday and today have same kind of feeling under my left shoulder blade.. hurts to lay down cant sleep.. any idea?
