I'm about 6 to 8 week pregnant. My first 4 u/s I was dx with blight ovum. As 9/24 now they see a yolk sac yet still dx me as having a still a blighted ovum. I haven't any sign and/or symptoms of a miscarriage no cramping no bleeding no spotting no abdomen pain nothing, but now after 4 u/5 there's a yolk but no baby. My hcg levels went from 5,075 on 9/2 to 7,1028 on 9/4 .....Labs weren't taken again until 9/22 now 40,0000.....please note that I have never been pregnant but I am experienced in which I would assume standard pregnancy symptoms. My current concern is that I was informed by 4 Mds and 3 u/s tech that with blighted ovum you do not have a yolk sac its just empty gastationl sac. My cycles are 38 to 39 apart in which means I could have ovulated later in which they cannot detect the fetal pole / embryo at this time?
