I'm An 18 Year Old Female With Type One Diabetes,

I'm an 18 year old female with type one diabetes, had it 7 years now. About 3 months ago I noticed I had little bite-like bumps on my feet, ankles, and legs. I went to a service camp so I assumed they were either ant bites or some other type of small bug/insect. When they were still there a month later, I thought I had bed bugs. I washed all my sheets AND bought a brand new mattress. A month later, they are still all over my legs/feet and don't seem to be healing, even with applying Neosporin some nights.
