I'm currently under the care of a chiropractor with only 2 visits under my belt for sciatica due to a bulging disc on L5, I'm only taking Aleve and using ice packs for 20 minutes an hour per my chiropractor. I only have time to do the ice a couple of times while at work. I'm very stiff and sore and can't sit, stand or barely lay down for more than a few minutes at a time. I'm not sleeping but maybe 3-4 hrs a night due to being so uncomfortable would you advise taking a muscle relaxer to help? I have a Zanaflex on hand now
