I'm Diagnosed With Blood Pressure. What Causes Nausea, dizziness And Pain In Left Leg?

I'm on Blood Pressure Medicine, Atenolol and Lisonpril. I'm 25, Male, 5' 11'', and 170 lbs. I've been feeling lightheaded, dizzy and weak. I've been feeling nauseous at times, but haven't thrown up. I've also had leg pain, mostly on my left side. I feel like the issues probably are two separate things, but am not completely sure of that. Any help?
