I’m Feeling Hopeless Because I Choked On A Shrimp Shell

I’m feeling hopeless because I choked on a shrimp shell and swallowed it wrong a year ago. Months went by and I didn’t really feel anything until I coughed suddenly and it dislodged from wherever and has been stuck roaming around in the small space of my throat for the past 4months. It feels like it’s way way on the back of my tongue or just below the back end of my tongue.

I’ve had a barium swallow test and a CT scan and they didn’t see anything. Also had an endoscope with an ENT and they said they didn’t see anything but I KNOW it’s there. I feel pinch prickling sensations and some times it hurts when I turn my head left or right or look down. I don’t know what else can be done— I’m losing hope. My anxiety is so, so bad because of this. Help anyone? I’m going to see my PCP later today.
