I'm getting my paragaurd iud removed Sunday and I had unprotected sex 7 days before and the day before my period is it safe to have it removed or is there a chance of pregnancy if I do remove it? Also I really don't want to remove it but about two days before my period I start to get these horrible pains in my pelvic and the started after I had my iud put in (in February ) will those pains go away? They last about three days into my period.
