I'm Having More Serious Pain At The Site Of The

I'm having more serious pain at the site of the second dosage of pneumonia vaccine than I've ever had with a shot including the shot I had for Africa. Can't lift art past parallel to floor. Very sore including into the bicep. I know this is a possible side effect however how long might this persist, and how long before I should be seen. I had the shot about 28 hours ago.
If I have to pay for a reply, then I am not interested in continuing this query.
