I'm having some slight pain in my left shoulder. It's more of a twinge feeling over the top of my shoulder. I lift weights and hasn't really bothered me until today. Also notice when I wax my car, doing circular motions, I also get the same twinge. Doesn't appear to be in the depth of my shoulder but pain appears to be from the top of the shoulder down a few inches down my arm? rotator cuff?? Thanks,
