I'm Having Symptoms That Began With All-over Body Pain, Especially

I'm having symptoms that began with all-over body pain, especially back pain, vertigo, mild nausea, poor appetite, chills, and pain in the region of the bladder. This last pain goes right across the front of my body from l. hip to right hip. That was yesterday. I didn't vomit or have diahrreah (sp?) or have burning on urination or frequent urination. Today the most symptoms are gone, except for the pain in the region of the bladder. Instead, this pain persists and is also present in the abdominal region above. Both areas are tender to the touch and pain increases when I sneeze or laugh. I don't have a cough or a cold.
