I'm just now taking Lantus 10 units after being on Metformin for 2 years. My B.S runs between 295 in the morning to 380 after meals. I am trying to diet and drink more water. I drink a lot of Crystal Lite
I am 49 yrs. old with high B.P
What else can I do to get my B.S under control.
