I'm Late For My Period. I Have Never Really Been

I'm late for my period. I have never really been more than a few days late but it's now been more than a week. I have diarrhea now and I haven't been eating normally (never really have though) my pregnancy test came back negative. I'm really scared to go see a doctor and I was wondering if this is a case where I SHOULD go.
