Im nauseous, lower side back pain on both sides, feet are swelled and discolored, shortness of breath, esp when in the heat. im diabetic, take meds for thyroid, and blood pressure, and asperin. Ive never taken good care of diabetic condition, diabetic for 25 years, type 1. do I sound like im in kidney failure?
