I'm Not Sure How To Explain It But I Will

I'm not sure how to explain it but I will do my best. Lately, (about 2 months or more) my head doesn't feel right. When I turn my head either way it seems like a I hear a swish noise. A couple of times when I laid down to go to sleep it felt like a swimming or spinning feeling that went away right away. Is this something you have heard before?
