I'm on my third opinion and I just feel so uncertain because they are talking about major surgery. I'm a 30 to male in relatively good health. I'm overweight and have never had constipation issues. Earlier this year I was in the ER for severe stomach pains where I was diagnosed with diverticulitis. They prescribed me antibiotics and sent me on my way. I since have had an endoscopy and a colonoscopy to confirm that I have severe pockets throughout my colon. I'm just getting over my third bout in the past 5 months. I constantly feel bloated wanting for food is almost a thing of the past as nothing sounds good or really even tastes good any longer. Im waiting to see a specialist about surgery to remove a large diseased portion of my colon. Absolutely any insight is greatly appreciated as to my condition or procedure. Thank you for you time.
