Im On Oxycodone 20 And Perquiset 10/e Had Back Surgery

Im on oxycodone 20 and perquiset 10/e had back surgery twicefor pain of RA, PsA and all the rest of the arthritises. Ive had back pain and have had back surgery twice, s3 to T9 last and now 10 years later am having back pain and need only a light pain patch to wear occasionally for lower back pain.
Im having trouble that my insurance co wont pass me for a lidocane patch. Whats like it that they will approve?
