I'm Post L4/L5 Laminectomy For Severe Spinal Stenosis And Removal

I'm post L4/L5 laminectomy for severe spinal stenosis and removal of synovial cyst. There was initial relief from the pain, then approximately one month later, the pain returned with all activity. A post-surgical MRI showed scar tissue from the removal of the cyst. Currently taking Tramadol and Neuronton with minimum relief. I am scheduled for a Lumbar Facet NBL but have read that this is more painful than indicated and not always effective. The next step will be Radio Frequency Ablation which I have read is often very painful and not always effective. I have a low tolerance for pain, so I am not feeling good about any of the options. Do I have any other options. Rebecca
