I’m really upset because I don’t know from where to start to treat my problem so, i came here in hope to find a solution.

I’m 26 yo , in 2014 i had a rhinoplasty surgery to make smaller my meaty nose (the tip was wide with a little hump / thick oily skin) then on December 2015 i had an accident and I broke my nose, on June 2016 i had the second rhinoplasty to repair the broken nasal bone that caused a difficulty in breathing after the accident.

The problem is that by time after the second surgery until now (June 2018) there’s small acnes appears on my nose that remains a scar (small hall) and one of them looks to be a skin infection witch is permanently still red and have a little pus smells ugly!

At the end of this year I’ll have the third surgery to repair the esthetic look of the nose , can the doctor do something for the skin from inside the nose during the surgery for my problem or the treatment will be otherway ?

I’m sorry for my description but I don’t really know the scientific name for this , I really hope to find a solution to treat it and to know if a laser treatment will help to reduce the scars.
