I'm Recovering From A Severe Case Of Flu With Chest

I'm recovering from a severe case of flu with chest congestion. My lungs are clear, checked by two M.D.s yesterday, but after two weeks plus I have very little energy and have trouble staying awake. I take 90 mg of Duloxetine HCl DR daily for depression. My next available visit to my prescribing physician isn't until March 17. I'll wait for him to confirm before changing my dose, but is there any chance that reducing my dose might give me more energy? I don't think I can attribute my lack of energy to the depression. Thanks!
