I'm Tired All The Time I Got Zero Energy. I

I'm tired all the time I got zero energy. I also suffer from migraines and severe asthma. I'm borderline diabetic but my A1Cs are always fairly good currently 5.7 and my doctor just test my throiyd also good. I get dizzy spells and light headness and I have lost concious a few times. I fall constantly and bruises take forever to heal MRIs of my brain have always been normaI but haven't had one in a few years have been told by the cardiologist my BP is dropping suddenly upon standing causing the dizziness and falls it also happens when I cough or laugh. My labs are mostly good I have a high (not too high) white blood count, and immature Granulo showing up but maybe from years of Prednisone use. I have also had glucose in my urine. The fatigue is getting so bad I don't feel like doing anything but sleeping, the dizziness is becoming more frequent and I sweat through my clothing a lot and it smells weird varring between either like butterscotch or vingar at any time. I get a lot of bacteria infection in various places as well though I take good care of my personal hygiene. I get a lot of pins and needle sensations in my arms legs hands and feet and also numbness and heaviness in my feet legs and hands. I have severe muscle weakness and PT could be of no help. I also have pain in my neck and lower back. I am way over weight and have Cushing syndrome also due to the Prednisone. Though none of these symptoms are new other than the numbness my legs experience during a migraine they are each getting worse and more intense the fatigue is becoming unbearable. I receive Botox for the migraines and it's a hit or miss it either works like it's supposed to or it doesn't work at all. What could be causing the sudden increase of fatigue, is there something the doctors could be missing?
